Parties

Services Covered by Agreement

This agreement covers the following services:

• Room accommodation services (single, double and triple rooms)
• Breakfast service
• Transfer services (on request)

Reservation and Payment

• Reservations can be made via website, phone or WhatsApp
• 30% deposit required for reservation confirmation
• Remaining balance paid on check-in day
• Payment methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT, cash

Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Guests can cancel under the following conditions:

• Up to 7 days before: Full refund
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

Cancellation notice must be made by email or phone.

Refund Conditions

In case of cancellation, refund is made within 14 business days to the original payment method or specified bank account.

Non-Cancellable Situations

• After accommodation has started
• In case of no-show
• During special days and holidays (different conditions may apply)

Check-in and Check-out Times

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are under the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and courts. Kas/Antalya courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
